With other companies, you will be paying Architects and Structural Engineers to draw up detailed and un-necessary plans that can be costly and time consuming.

This is our design and build comprehensive service:

• Free Consultation on site.
  
• Organise consultation with the architect who will work closely with you to achieve your ideal design.
  
• Obtain planning permission for the project.
  
• Submit full building notices to the local authority for the project.
  
• Appeal on your behalf against any local decision that could affect the design.
  
• Pay all local authority fees.
  
• Provide you with a party wall service to notifying your neighbours that you are carrying out building work.
  
• Provide you with a full set of working drawings.
  
• Liaise with the local authority on your behalf for progress reports and updates on the planning procedure.
  
• Brief and amend drawings as required.

Deal with any changes as required by the planning office.
Undertake and carry out the building work.

All work carried out under JCT contracts for minor building work - 2000 Edition are guaranteed for one year against any defects relating to material and labour.
We offer a range of after care services when the project is completed.  For one year, all defects.

• Visiting the property within six months of completion the project; we will repair all defects for example cracks to walls, due to shrinkage and paint work.
